Do you ship electric scooters and electric bikes for free?
Yes. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states on every order, with no minimum. Orders placed by 2 PM ET on a business day ship in 1 to 2 business days, and every shipment is tracked.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay at checkout. Pay in 4 is 0% APR; monthly plans show an estimate and the rate is set at checkout.
How do I choose the right electric scooter?
Start with how far you ride and how fast you need to go, then check the rider weight it carries. The speed dial at the top of this page and the filters on each category page narrow 200+ models to a short list.
What if something goes wrong with my ride?
Every ride carries its maker’s warranty. Start a warranty claim on our site and we help you raise it with the maker.
Can I return it?
Rides can be returned within 14 days under our returns policy. Accessories and parts are not returnable.
