Five INMOTION models, from a 34.5 lb folder to a 50 mph dual motor machine. Here is how the Air, C10, Climber, S1F and RS JET differ, and who each one is for.
The short answer
The INMOTION electric scooter lineup we carry covers five different riders. The Air is the light, simple folder at 34.5 lbs. The C10 and Climber are dual motor commuters for hilly routes: the C10 adds suspension and turn signals, and the Climber is lighter and lists 36% climbing. The S1F is the long range pick for heavier riders, with up to 59 miles and a 308 lb load limit. The RS JET is the 50 mph dual motor model for experienced riders.
We carry five INMOTION electric scooters in stock, and each one has a clear job.

The INMOTION Air folds, weighs 34.5 lbs and suits short daily trips. A 720W peak rear motor gives it 19 mph, and its 270 Wh battery covers up to 22 miles. It charges in about 4.5 hours, the quickest in the lineup. You get three riding modes (ECO, D and S), a twist throttle, a drum brake with an electronic brake, a headlight and brake light, and 10-inch tires. INMOTION lists an IP55 rating for the body, and the Air lists UL 2272 certification.
It has no visible wiring and folds to 44.4 x 17.5 x 20.5 inches. At 19 mph and 34.5 lbs, it also fits the New York State definition of an electric scooter (under 100 lb, 20 mph or less), which our NYC street legal page explains.
Both put a motor in each wheel for stronger starts and better climbing, but they go about it differently.
The Climber is about 16 lbs lighter, a little faster, goes further and lists steeper climbing. The C10 gives you suspension at both ends, two disc brakes, turn signals and an IPX5 rating. On smooth roads with steep hills, the Climber makes sense. On cracked, bumpy streets, the C10 suspension will matter more than the extra range. Our guide to the best electric scooters for hills compares climbers across brands.
The S1F carries up to 308 lbs and lists up to 59 miles. It has a single 500W motor (1000W peak), a 36V 675 Wh battery, a 25 mph top speed and 30% climbing. Front and rear suspension and 10-inch air-filled tires (tubeless at the rear) handle rough streets, three ride modes (Eco, D and S) set your pace, and a drum brake with an electronic brake stops it.
It weighs 52.8 lbs and charges in about 7 hours. The handlebar sits at 50.2 inches and the deck is 7.1 inches wide, both worth checking if you are tall or have large feet. INMOTION lists an IP54 rating for the body. For more on load limits, read electric scooters for heavy adults.
The RS JET is a different class of machine. Two 1200W motors (2300W peak each) run on a 72V, 1800 Wh battery for a 50 mph top speed and up to 62 miles. It goes from 0 to 30 mph in 3.5 seconds and lists 50% climbing. Front and rear suspension, 11 x 3.5 inch self-sealing tubeless tires, dual disc brakes with an electronic brake and a 4.3-inch color touchscreen complete it. You can choose the Standard or RideConnect version, in black or yellow.
It weighs 102 lbs, carries up to 330 lbs and takes about 10 hours to charge on its 84V 2.8A charger.
At 50 mph, your gear matters as much as the scooter. Wear a full face helmet, gloves and protective clothing, build up speed gradually, and check your state and city rules on where a scooter this fast may ride. Our guide to the fastest electric scooters covers what changes at this speed.
The table lists INMOTION’s own figures. Real range depends on rider weight, hills, temperature and the riding mode you choose.
