WEPED builds every model to order in Korea, from the 93 lb Fold 3 to 100 mph Sonic flagships. Here is how the families differ and what building to order means for delivery.
The short answer
Every WEPED scooter is made in Korea and built to order, so it takes longer to ship than our in-stock models. The Fold 3, Fold 3 Pro and FF2S are the lightest, from about 93 lb, with top speeds of 56 to 70 mph. The Sonic X and Dark Sonic X step up to 84V batteries and about 80 mph. The Sonic flagships run 20-inch tires, up to 100 mph and about 124 to 174 miles. The Super Compo and miniGO Pro Max are seated folders, and the F1 and Mini Mong add pedals.

Built to order: what it means for you
WEPED makes every model in Korea and builds it to order. Every model we carry lists Samsung SDI 21700 50E battery cells, and the FF2S, Sonic X, Dark Sonic X and Sonic flagships use frames CNC machined from POSCO 6061 aluminum.
Because each one is built after you order, a WEPED takes longer to reach you than our in-stock models, which ship in 1-2 business days when ordered by 2 PM ET. Contact us for the current lead time before you order.

Fold 3, Fold 3 Pro and FF2S: the lightest WEPED models
- Fold 3: dual hub motors and a 60V 30Ah (2,016 Wh) battery for about 56 mph and about 62 miles. It has 11-inch tubeless tires, hydraulic 4-piston brakes front and rear with an electronic brake, an oil shock up front, dual spring shocks at the rear and a color LCD. At about 93 lb, it is the lightest WEPED here.
- Fold 3 Pro: the same 56 mph top speed with a removable 60V 50Ah battery for about 93 miles. It adds Sonic oil suspension up front and side LED underneon, at about 115 lb.
- FF2S: an 84V 30Ah battery and dual 1,200 W hub motors for about 70 mph and about 68 miles. It folds four ways (handlebar, stem, neck and wheels), has disc brakes front and rear and a front LED garnish, and weighs about 101 lb. WEPED lists a safe-speed limit of about 62 mph.
The Fold 3 and Fold 3 Pro list a maximum load of 220 lbs and the FF2S 265 lbs, so heavier riders should check that number first.
Sonic X, Dark Sonic X and Dark Knight Cyber Fold
The Sonic X platform moves to an 84V 50Ah (4,200 Wh) battery and dual 4,000 W hub motors, for about 80 mph and about 62 miles. WEPED lists a safe-speed limit of about 75 mph.
- Sonic X: 13-inch tubeless tires, hydraulic dual 4-piston front and 4-piston rear brakes, a single oil shock up front and dual oil shocks at the rear, and a 3-way fold. It weighs about 175 lb and carries up to 280 lbs.
- Dark Sonic X: the Sonic X in black on 16-inch tubeless tires, listed as off-road capable. It weighs about 181 lb and carries up to 300 lbs.
- Dark Knight Cyber Fold: an all-black folding off-road model with a Sonic X class controller, a 72V 50Ah battery, 16-inch off-road tires and motorcycle-grade hydraulic calipers, for about 71.5 mph and about 75 miles. It weighs about 154 lb, takes an optional +30Ah external battery and ships without a charger, so add one when you order.
The Sonic flagships: 20-inch tires and 100 mph
At the top, WEPED fits 20-inch tubeless tires, 84V or 100.8V batteries with 100Ah of capacity, and dual 6,000 W or 8,000 W hub motors. These weigh from about 331 to 397 lb.
- Sonic Dual: dual 8,000 W motors, an 84V 100Ah (8,400 Wh) battery, about 100 mph, about 124 miles and Brembo brakes. About 331 lb.
- Sonic S Dual: dual 6,000 W motors and a 100.8V 100Ah (10,080 Wh) battery for about 100 mph and about 174 miles, with hydraulic brakes. About 375 lb.
- Sonic Expander: a seated model with dual 6,000 W motors, an 84V 100Ah battery, about 124 miles and a 29.8 inch seat height. About 353 lb.
- Sonic S Expander: the seated flagship, with dual 8,000 W motors, a 100.8V 100Ah battery, about 100 mph and about 174 miles. About 397 lb.
WEPED lists a safe-speed limit of about 87 mph on the Sonic Dual and Sonic S Dual. On all four, you can keep the darksilver frame or have it anodized in a custom color.

Seated folders: Super Compo and miniGO Pro Max
- Super Compo: a seated, folding model with dual hub motors, about 62 mph and about 112 miles. It uses a 60V Samsung battery that WEPED offers as 60A or 90A, 12-inch tires, and hydraulic 4-piston brakes and oil shocks at both ends. It folds to 36.5 x 9.4 x 19.6 inches.
- miniGO Pro Max: a compact, folding seated model with dual hub motors, a 60V 60Ah (4,032 Wh) battery, about 68 mph and about 112 miles. It rides on 14-inch off-road tires with hydraulic 4-piston brakes and oil shocks at both ends, and carries up to 352 lbs, the most in the lineup.

Pedal rides: F1 and Mini Mong
WEPED also builds two rides with pedals and a single high-torque hub motor, both on a 60V 30Ah (2,016 Wh) battery. Each lists about 75 miles on the throttle and about 124 miles with pedal assist.
- F1: a fat tire electric bike on 20-inch fat tires, with a Shimano 7-speed drivetrain, a thumb throttle, motorcycle-class hydraulic brakes, oil suspension at both ends, a headlight, turn signals and a rear LED. It reaches about 50 mph, has a 32.7 inch seat height and carries up to 220 lbs. You choose no charger, a 4A or a 15A charger.
- Mini Mong: a compact, moped-style seated ride on 16-inch tires, with pedal assist, motorcycle-class hydraulic brakes and oil suspension at both ends. It reaches about 44 mph, has a 30.7 inch seat height and carries up to 300 lbs.
