I’ve had the Segway Muxi for about three weeks now and I’m seriously impressed. The 750W motor has plenty of power for city hills, and the ride is super smooth thanks to the direct-drive hub. I’m getting around 55-65 miles per charge on mixed riding (throttle + pedal assist), and the 80-mile claim feels believable on low assist. The step-through frame makes it easy to hop on in work clothes, and the upright riding position is very comfortable. The hydraulic disc brakes are strong and confident. This bike just feels premium and well-built. Highly recommend for commuters or anyone who wants a fun, practical e-bike.

Bought this mainly for short family trips and grocery runs. The Muxi handles cargo really well, and adding the passenger kit (extra seat + foot pegs) turned it into a perfect bike for my 8-year-old. The torque (80Nm) is noticeable on starts and hills, and the hill start assist is a lifesaver. It’s single-speed but the motor makes it effortless. At 73 lbs it’s a bit heavy, but the low step-through design makes it manageable. Battery charges in about 5.5 hours and the display is clear even in bright sunlight. Great value at the sale price!
