The Phantom Commuter R1 seated electric scooter is an easy way to ride to work: a 450W motor reaches 15.5 mph, and its 36V battery covers up to 20 miles. You can ride seated or standing, and it folds to half height. In addition, the rear basket takes a backpack and disc brakes handle the stops.
