This refurbished Phantom Commuter R1 seated electric scooter is renewed by Phantom. It has the same 450W motor, 15.5 mph top speed and up to 20 miles per charge as a new R1. It is also UL 2272 certified, and it suits riders 12 and up with a max load of 265 lb.
