Financing

Financing options (e.g., Affirm, Klarna, Speed Pay) are provided by third-party lenders. Approval is subject to their terms and credit checks. Speedway Riders NYC™ is not a lender and does not make financing decisions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on most orders within the lower 48 United States.

• Delivery Estimates: Delivery times (typically 2-7 business days) are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Speedway Riders NYC™ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns may be subject to restocking fees.

• Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.

• Safety Gear: We strongly recommend wearing a DOT-approved helmet and appropriate safety gear at all times while riding.

• Limitation of Liability: In no case shall Speedway Riders NYC™, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.

8. Warranty

Products are generally covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Speedway Riders NYC™ may assist in the warranty process, but the specific terms are dictated by the manufacturer (e.g., Dualtron, Kaabo, Segway). We offer repair services at our NYC and SF locations; however, modifications to the scooter may void your warranty.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Speedway Riders NYC™ and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
